Time for the latest Design Team reveal for
Practical Scrappers. The challenge this week is to use our basic shape punches. I really had no idea what I was going to do, since I don't have that many punches - and my only basic punches are a circle and triangle. I started playing around with my triangle punch, and I was inspired by quilts again. (You may have seen my
crazy quilt post from a few weeks ago...) Then I remembered this picture of McKenna and my MIL, and it all kind of came together.

I punched holes all around the edge of my cardstock and crocheted a simple chain with DMC floss, and added some more country style embellies, including my triangle "quilt", which is simply made of triangles punched from various papers, adhered to cardstock, and then faux stitched together.
